Matching dimensions do not guarantee matching materials or performance
11 / CONSUMABLES
Parts & Consumables
Supporting supply of membranes, resin, filter media, cartridges, chemicals, pumps, valves and instruments for installed systems.

Pressure, flux, conductivity and chemical use guide intervals
Stock follows lead time and production impact
PROCESS ROUTE
Typical Process Route
This is a typical configuration logic, not a fixed equipment list. The final design depends on feed analysis, target requirements, capacity and site constraints.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Technical Notes & FAQ
Clear principles, prerequisites and operating limits help determine whether a process is suitable before quotation.
Replace cartridges by time or pressure drop?
Time is a reminder; differential pressure, flow loss and contamination risk are better operational triggers. Rapid pressure rise also calls for upstream diagnosis.
Can membrane brands be interchanged directly?
Check area, capacity, rejection, spacer, pressure rating and system array even when dimensions match. Operating settings may need recalculation.
Can chemicals be purchased by generic name?
Antiscalants, cleaners and coagulants differ in active content, pH range and compatibility. Review SDS, technical data, water chemistry and materials.
Which spares should be held onsite?
Prioritize long-lead items whose failure stops production, such as pump seals, critical valves, probes, control parts and common cartridges.
